I am required by Section 119(2) of the 1991 Constitution to audit all public offices established by an Act of Parliament or Statutory Instrument and submit my report thereon to Parliament. 

I therefore have the pleasure and honour to submit a detailed Report on the audit of some of Sierra Leone’s Overseas Missions and High Commissions for the period 1^st January, 2003 - 31 December, 2010.
